2007 has started off well... crossing my fingers that it continues to do so!
Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, is alive and well! Even my fur kids! :-)
Colin started working this past Tuesday... in a furniture manufacturing plant. The first day he was on an assembly line. He said that if he stayed doing that, it would suck the soul out of him. Which the gods must have heard, because the next morning, he was asked if he wanted to work in shipping. He likes it much better! But he also says that his 165 lbs (on his 6'3" frame) will be changing - he figues he'll be a good 200 lbs of muscle by summer's end! LOL
It's a good job. He works 7 - 4:15, half hr for lunch, two 15 minute breaks. Friday afternoons off. EVERY Friday afternoon off. Down the road, there is a great health care plan - even glasses! Which I'm thinking he may need - for reading. :-)
And my boys are doing well. In school, with their lives, with everything. I hope. As far as I know! LOL As a mom, I'm only told soooooo much. Get good at reading between the lines with those two! LOL But I like to think that we have a good connection.... they know I love them. "can you feel the love?"
And Dave is fine, still as strange as ever. We are a matched set, so it's all good in the end! What else can I say about the man? He's tolerent, patient, kind, loving. And weird. LOL
So here's to 2007.... as UNWRITTEN as it is!!
